Tia Hughes is a Los Angeles native with extensive knowledge of the L.A. real estatemarket. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University ofCalifornia at Santa Barbara, where she also completed UCSB's TechnologyEntrepreneurship Certificate.

Tia began her real estate journey as an investor, which led her to a position as aProject Manager for a real estate company, where she handled Asset and PropertyManagement, Acquisitions, and Dispositions for the company's portfolio. Tia's strongfoundation in financial analysis and her tax accounting background served her well —both are important ingredients for real estate transactions.

With Tia’s extensive financial and investment background, the segue into real estatewas a natural move, evidenced by the many prestigious awards for her achievementsthroughout her career. Tia currently works with Coldwell Banker Realty, where herprevious experience and professional background are assets to her clients.
